Vacation House Eris

Viškovići-Labin

This old narrow stone house with a footprint of just a little over 20 square meters, which was in almost ruins, with very little exterior space, and difficult access, was a challenge worth taking on. We purchased an unnoticed property and turned it into a small gem. By utilizing the additional space offered by the former chicken coop connected to the building, and creating a conservatory at the front of the house, this miniature house now consists of a living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms distributed over two floors.

Size Doesn't Matter

In the world of architecture and highly stylized interiors, projects of various sizes and scales are equally valuable in terms of inspiring design and meticulous attention to detail. Our previous clients have come to us with a range of requests and needs, from small apartments and townhouses to large summer houses and vacation villas. What is common among our projects is not their size but the degree of thoughtfulness, refinement, and luxury that goes into each design.

“RAWNESS AND REFINEMENT ARE NOT OPPOSING ENDS OF THE LUXURY SPECTRUM. THEY ARE MERELY TWO COMPLEMENTARY FEATURES BY WHICH WE CREATE A LUXURIOUS ENVIRONMENT.”
